How this website works

We have not added analytics, advertising pixels, embedded social feeds or marketing cookies to the website application. Social media and video links open the external service rather than loading its embedded tracking tools on our pages.

Hosting and ChatGPT sign-in may use operational cookies or similar technologies for authentication, security and access. These are managed by the service provider; this page does not list unverified cookie names or expiry times. See OpenAI’s cookie policy for its service information.

The customer basket uses essential browser local storage to remember selected products and quantities on this device until you remove them or clear browser data. It stores no contact or payment details. Your separate trade basket is stored against your signed-in account in our database.

Your choices

You can review, block or clear cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies needed for authentication may prevent sign-in or access to the trade portal. Signing out does not delete your saved orders or account.

We do not currently ask you to consent to optional website tracking because we have not enabled any. If we introduce non-essential tracking that requires consent, we will update this information and provide a choice before it is activated.

When you leave this website

PayPal, WhatsApp and social media sites manage their own cookies when you open their links. Their own notices and settings apply. Read our Privacy Notice for how we handle customer information.

First-order popup

When the offer is enabled, session storage remembers that you closed the popup for this browser session. It does not store your email address. Details you submit to request a code are described in our Privacy Notice.
