When do you launch, and can I order now?
Our planned launch is 11 December 2026. You can send a launch order request through your customer basket now. We confirm availability, the full price and expected dispatch date before accepting the order and sending a PayPal invoice. The launch date is not a promise that your order will arrive that day.
How much is delivery?
UK mainland customer delivery is £5.99, with free delivery on product orders of £25 or more after discounts. Other destinations need a quote. Your basket shows the delivery estimate before you send your request.
How do I pay?
Payment is via a PayPal invoice after we confirm your order. Adding to your basket does not take payment. Send the prepared order message by email or WhatsApp, wait for confirmation and check your invoice before paying.
Which pack sizes can I choose?
Scratchings and Crunch are listed in 50g and 1kg packs. Ask us about 250g pricing and availability. Crackling is an upcoming range and cannot currently be ordered.
Where are the ingredients and allergens?
Each product page has an ingredients and nutrition section. Some information is a supplier reference awaiting final recipe confirmation. Please request the final product specification before ordering for an allergy or dietary requirement, and always check the finished pack.
How should I store the snacks?
Follow the storage instructions and best-before date on your finished pack. Contact us for the confirmed shelf life and handling instructions for your order.
Is there a mixed discovery pack?
We’re preparing one. Contents and pricing are still being confirmed. Register your interest in the discovery pack, or choose individual flavours from the range.
Where can I buy locally?
Our stockist finder will list confirmed retailers as their launch stock is arranged. Contact us if you’d like help finding a retailer near you.
How do I become a stockist?
Create a trade account and submit your business details. Once approved, you can access trade pricing, support options, launch materials and order requests.
Something wrong with an order?
Contact Chris with your order reference and details. For damaged or incorrect products, keep the packaging and photos where practical so we can investigate.
